1. Specification and implementation of new test benches including testing- and measuring technology for DV(design validation) and PV(production validation) of electric drives.
2. Support the test bench activities for the electric drive testing. (error diagnostics, -analysis, -rectification of test facilities)
3. Support the measurement data analysis.
4. Daily inspection and regular maintenance of test bench
5. Responsible for the test sample fixture assembly, coordinate workshop activity both on mechanical and electrical
6. New test rig plan and facility implementation
7. Other duties as related to this position.
8. Depending on the final job definition not all responsibilities have to be taken at the same time.

Education：Bachelor or above
Major：Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering;
Foreign Language：Fluent English both in written and oral, German is a plus.
Computer Literacy：Fluent in office

Functional Knowledge：
1. Bachelor or above in mechatronics or electrical engineering
2. Good knowledge of handling application tools and CAN communication;
3. Experience in handling test run automation;
4. Solid experience and practice in EV R&D testing would be a big plus
5. Experience in automotive, transmission and powertrain technology and manual skills are required.
6. Have a basic knowledge with electrical motor and invertor.
7. Basic knowledge of fixture design/optimization, fixture designing software.
8. Familiar with testrig equipment, electrical drawing.
9. Fluent English both in written and orial.
